Conditions of Carriage
1. Information
While every effort is made to ensure that all the information on this site is updated and correct, Asia Group will not be held responsible for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from use of this information or site.
Asia Group does not offer, and cannot facilitate the transfer of passengers to other flights, whether operated by our designated airline or other carriers.
2. Reservation and payments
To make a reservation on any of our flights payment is required, either direct or within the time limit as per the booking class you choose. You can therefore not make a reservation without paying unless you are entitled credit. Customers entitled credit payments have to settle the invoice even if the reservation has not been used. We can only offer selected business clients credit.
Reservations and payments via this site are free of administration fees. The payment is made by credit card or if deferred payment is allowed by bank transfer or cash payment. Please remember to always indicate the booking reference whenever payment is done. Tickets cannot be cancelled by the customer. Refunds will not be made for the amount, or parts of the amount. The traveler is himself responsible to ensure that he/she has enough time to get to connecting flights or other forms of transportation at the destination. Asia Group will not be held responsible for missed connecting flights whether operated by our designated airline or other carriers, no matter the circumstances. Refunds will not be made for loss resulting from missed connecting flight.
Our ticket price is subjective to change without notice.
3. Children and infants
Regarding price for infants please check our booking system.
Children under the age of 12 will not be carried if unaccompanied. The child must be accompanied by a passenger over 16 year old for domestic flights, the minimum age for companion on international flights is 18.
For further information we advise you to contact your customer service. Policy and routines may change without notice.
4. Pregnancy
Pregnant women are allowed to travel until the 36 th week if pregnancy has been normal. For the safety of the passenger, we wish to inform you that cabin crew have not been trained in delivering a child. The airline can therefore not be held responsible for any complication that may result from childbirth on board the aircraft. All responsibility lies with the passenger. After 30 weeks of pregnancy a doctor’s certificate will be required prior flight, extraordinary costs as a result of pregnancy will be claimed from the passenger. The airline will not carry women further gone than 36 weeks under any circumstances.
5. Tickets validity
The ticket is valid for 12 months after purchasing date when below regulations are followed.
6. Changes
We charge a fee to change the date and / or flight time and to change the name of our tickets. This can only be made by calling our call center, any difference in the fare will be charged. We will not refund the price difference when changing to cheaper tickets. It is not possible to change the destination.
Ticket changes can be made not later than ONE week before the trip originally scheduled departure for a fee of around £90 per person and is subject to availability on the new date and with the addition of any difference between the original total ticket price and the lowest total price that is available when changing.
The ticket is considered as used if it has not been changed to another date not later than 1 week before the original departure.
A reservation cannot be cancelled.
7. Check-in and boarding
To check-in a valid photo-ID and reservation number is required. This will be your “ticket”, for international flights, a valid passport needs to be presented at check-in.
Check-in desks close strictly 60 minutes before departure. We kindly advise passengers to reserve time for possible queues. If the passenger has baggage to check-in we recommend him/her to check-in no later than 120 minutes before scheduled departure.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and deny you boarding if you do not comply with check-in or boarding deadline. No refund will be made for this ticket.
8. Delays, cancelled flights
In event of delay the airline offer a meal and refreshments according to EU-regulations 261/2004
This applies to delays up to:
2 hours or longer for flights distant for 1500 kilometers or less.
3 hours or longer for all flights distant 1500 km within the EU and other flights with a distance between 1500 km and 3500 km.
4 hours or longer for flights with a distance of at least 3500 km outside the EU.
In event of a delay of 5 hours or longer you are entitled to a full refund, witch will be made within seven days after the scheduled flight.
In an event not mentioned above the EU-regulations 261/2004 will apply.
When flight is cancelled we will inform you without necessary delay. The traveler is offered the choice between the following:
a full credit of the customers unused ticket or a re booking to our designated airline's next flight. If a homebound journey has been reserved a reimbursement will be available for this ticket. EU- regulations 261/2004, article 8, applies.
accommodation if necessary and transportation between airport and the hotel, when the next flight with our designated airline is scheduled is no earlier than the day after the cancelled flight scheduled departure.
Compensation in accordance with EU-regulations 261/2004, article 7 if the airline does not inform about the cancelled flight
(i) no later than two weeks before scheduled departure.
(ii) between two weeks and seven days prior the scheduled departure, and offered to change the reservation to a flight departing two hours before cancelled flight, and no later than four hours after scheduled arrival.
(iii) less than seven days before scheduled departure , and offered to change the reservation to a flight departing one hour before scheduled departure, and no later than two hours than scheduled arrival.
The airline is not responsible to compensate according to the EU-regulations 261/2004, article 7, if the flight has been cancelled for reasons beyond the airline's control.
Changes of timetable may occur with short notice. The customer are responsible to leave complete contact details when making a reservation in order for airline to be able to contact him/her to inform about any changes in the timetable. The customer is himself responsible to reserve enough time to reach connecting transportation at the destination. The airline is not to be held responsible for missed connecting transportation to the flight or other carriers as a result of changes in the timetable, cancelled or delayed flights. The airline will not pay a refund for unused tickets due to missed connecting flight.
9. Change of aircraft
The airline can without notice use another carrier or aircraft, even if this carrier does not have the same stops as stated on the travelers ticket, if necessary.
If a flights time for departure is changed with a short notice and can be compared with delay or cancellation according to the EU-regulation 261/2004, the airline shall provide compensation in accordance with the regulations mentioned above. In other cases travelers may be offered the choice to re-book their tickets with another flight from the airline or a full refund if there is not a suitable flight.
10. Baggage
Checked baggage allowance is 25 kg per person. Hand baggage in cabin is allowed up to 5 kg, per person, and with dimensions no larger than 55x40x23 cm. Excessive weight will be charged according to at each time valid rate per kg.
Defined as baggage are suitcases containing regular clothes and hygiene items. All other items are defined as special-luggage, such as skis, golf bags or other sports items.
Fees for special-luggage per sector is charged according to at each time valid rate. (contact the customer service for details)
The following items are examples of items that normally will be charged.
Golf bag,
Skis,
Bicycle,
Water skis,
Snowboard,
Surfing board,
Diving equipment,
Parachute,
Firearms and ammunition,
For special-luggage such as a cello, large painting, diplomacy luggage etc a flight seat has to be reserved, full price complies.
For any excessive weight of special-luggage a fee will be charged. The airline can not guarantee for the luggage to be carried on the same flight as its owner. Transportation for any special-luggage can not be guaranteed as this is a subject to the total weight/dimensions of other travelers checked luggage.
11. Animals and Pets
The airline does not allow animals in the cabin of the aircraft. All animals must be transported in a cage intended for such transportation. The cage is safe from escaping and its floor is waterproof.
Animals will not be accepted as checked baggage. The person traveling with animals must himself be aware of the rules and regulations regarding vaccinations and quarantine at the destination. The airline will not be held responsible for any extra costs as a result of a passenger failing to apply with this. A fee will be charged to carry animals. This shall be paid upon check-in, with local currency.
ATTENTION! No animals will be carried by us to Ireland. All transportation of animals must be done by a cargo transportation business with a correct Air Waybill.
12. Responsibility of baggage
The airline will not accept responsibility for any unsuitably packed, perishable, damaged or fragile baggage. The suitcase main purpose is to protect the content. From the mechanical handling a normal level of wear and tear may occur. The airline does not compensate for;
damage to the suitcase exterior (e.g. scratches, stains, soiling, dents)
damaged items outside the bags interior, such as but not limited to, wheels, zippers, handles and padlocks.
Any damage done to items attached to the suitcase outer side, like sleeping bags and hammocks.
damage as a result of unsuitable packing or not properly shut suitcase or excessive weight.
damaged pram with removable wheels where the wheels have not been removed.
When arriving at the destination airport the baggage will be delivered according to the ID-slip. This means the owner must himself collect his/her checked luggage when arriving at the destination. The airline recommends travelers to ensure they have suitable private insurance to cover any damages as our responsibility is VERY limited and as it’s the travelers own responsibility to do so.
The airline responsibility for any loss, delay of or damage to baggage is strictly limited unless a higher value has been declared in advance and an additional fee has been paid. Passengers carried by the airline are entitled compensation when checked baggage is lost or damaged with a highest amount according to EU-regulations and the Montreal convention. Responsibility of fragile and/or valuable items lies with the traveler.
Following items are prohibited in the cabin of the aircraft due to safety reasons:
Explosive substances, including but not limited to detonators, fuses, mines, ammunition, grenades, blasting caps and explosive devices.
Flammable gases, including but not limited to butane, lighters, oxygen and propane.
Flammable fluids, including but not limited to petrol, ethanol, aerosol spray paint and paint thinner.
Flammable substances, including but not limited to fireworks, flares and pyrotechnics.
Chemical substances, including but not limited to, bleaching substances, such as chlorine.
Toxic and infectious substances, including but not limited to, acids, viruses and other biological hazardous material.
Radioactive material.
Corrosive substances, including but not limited to, “wet” car batteries, quicksilver.
Magnetic material.

weapons/firearms and ammunition for hunting and/or competition purpose.

Radio, television and CD-player

ATTENTION! All kinds of toy guns and replicas, any sort of razors and tools that might could be used as a weapon, catapult, dart arrows, scissors, injection (if not for medical reasons) bats and other kind of blunt instrument as well as all kind of sharp objects are strictly prohibited in the aircraft cabin.
13. Taxes and fees
Airlines are being charged numerous of taxes and fees and this is sometimes a great part of the ticket price. On our website we present the taxes and fees charges included in our ticket price. These taxes and fees may change without notice and may affect your ticket price.
14. Fuel surcharge
At the time of your booking the current cost for the airlines fuel is included in the ticket price. However the cost for fuel is a major factor on airline profitability and the airline therefore reserves the right to add additional fuel surcharge on passenger tickets at the day of departure. If it becomes necessary to apply such surcharge it will be payable at check-in in local currency.
15. Our right to deny transportation
The airline reserve the right to deny you and/or your baggage transportation, if:
Your behavior or physical or mental state or the contents in your suitcase could cause injury or anxiety to yourself or other passengers and/or staff.
Full payment for ticket as well as applied fees has not been received or unpaid invoice (upon credit agreement).
You are missing valid documents; such as a passport reported as missing or staff find something that indicate forgery of any of your documents.
You are failing to present a photo-ID matching the names on your reservation. This will result in you being refused check-in.
The total weight of the passenger and his/her luggage exceed the total allowed.
16. Governing law:
Any dispute as a result of these terms and conditions shall be settled according to Swedish laws.
